The Santa Experience will take place in our Lecanto, FL studio between 9am and 3:00pm on Saturday, November 2, 2024.
This is a one day only event with only 11 time slots available so book early!
The investment for this session is $195. Sessions are 20 minutes long and include one on one time with Santa while looking in his sack of toys, sharing milk and cookies, story time, and checking his nice list, and more while Julie takes candid images that you’ll treasure for years.
5 high resolution digital images and a small present for all children on Santa’s Nice list are included with every session
In a couple of weeks, we’ll reach out to let you know that we’ve finished the retouches and your gallery is now ready to view. We then schedule a private viewing session and you’ll have the option to simply pick your favorite 5 or you can opt to purchase additional images, albums, cards and wall art.
There are two different scenes -a cozy living room or a bedroom and yes-we can and will utilize both! The above images are from last years Santa Experience and the set although similar will be changed for variety this year. Upon booking you will receive a complimentary style guide to help you plan your children’s wardrobe so they look their best! We do love pajamas for this session to allow the children to be as comfortable as possible but formal attire looks great too.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your session and be dressed and ready when it’s your turn to meet Santa. Late arrivals will have shorter session times and no refunds or credits will be provided.
Payment will be due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Sessions may be transferred to another date/time without Santa, or they may be gifted or sold to another participant if you cannot make it for some reason.
While most children do love seeing Santa, not every child reacts the same way. Each experience will be different and true to your child! Please remember that your child’s experience is their own, and we’ll capture it as it happens naturally.
Groups with multiple families will need to schedule back to back sessions in order to accommodate everyone.
Pets-Although normally welcome at all times in the studio, they will not be allowed for our Santa minis. If interested in booking a Holiday session with your pets, please contact me directly to discuss alternatives. We will be offering several family mini session opportunities.
